2. Our Products

All products offered by KRIZALID STUDIO SCS are described and pictured as completely and precisely as possible and in good faith. The offers and prices are valid on the day that they are offered on our website. However, should there, despite all our precautions, be an error KRIZALID STUDIO SCS cannot be held liable for possible errors.

All products offered by KRIZALID STUDIO SCS legally conform to Belgian law. Foreign purchasers should always consult the laws in their own country if they doubt the legality of their purchase in their own country.

KRIZALID STUDIO SCS cannot under any circumstances be held liable if the articles offered are used in an incorrect or irresponsible manner by the purchaser, nor for material or physical damage to third parties caused by incorrect and/or illegal use of the articles on this site.

3. Our Prices

All prices are in Euros and include possible environmental taxes (Recupel and Bebat). For customers from EU countries, VAT is included in the shown prices. Transport costs are calculated automatically depending on weight and package dimensions. You can check these fees at any time in your basket.

4. The Order

There may be said to be a valid agreement between the purchaser and KRIZALID STUDIO SCS when KRIZALID STUDIO SCS receives the confirmation of the order from the purchaser on its website. KRIZALID STUDIO SCS will always send an email to the purchaser confirming the order. KRIZALID STUDIO SCS reserves the right to refuse an order or to subject it to extra conditions. By placing an order on this site you declare yourself to be over 18 years of age and responsible for your purchasing activity.

5. Offer’s covering

The geographical area covered by the offer of KRIZALID STUDIO SCS is as follows:

EU, Switzerland, Norway, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Macedonia, Slovenia, Greece Island, Malta, Cyprus.

All orders from other countries must be sent by email. The prices and conditions will be sent in return by email. 

6. Secure Payment

KRIZALID STUDIO SCS attaches importance to security of payments and as such relies on the services of PayPal (www.paypal.com). which guarantees a 100% secure transaction. KRIZALID STUDIO SCS employees NEVER get to see your credit card number. The following methods of payment are accepted: Paypal, Bank Transfer. Any additional costs inherent in the bank transfer are charged to the customer.

7. Delivery Time

The goods purchased are delivered within the stipulated period by recorded delivery or via courier service to the delivery address that the purchaser indicates on the order. The estimated delivery period is always indicated for each product. If the purchaser orders several articles, the consignment will only be dispatched when all the articles are in stock. If, as a result, however, the order could not then be delivered within 30 working days, KRIZALID STUDIO SCS will dispatch the out of stock article separately to the purchaser after this period.

If stocks are sold out or if an article cannot be delivered on time according to the information on the website, KRIZALID STUDIO SCS will contact the purchaser to agree on an acceptable delivery period or will cancel the order completely free of charge. KRIZALID STUDIO SCS cannot be held liable for damage that might ensue from a product being out of stock or from delayed delivery.

A. If the products are in stock: For the products in stock, the purchaser can rely on a delivery within 1 to 5 days. The delay depends on the destination. The delivery time begins to run at the time of confirmation of the order by the purchaser.

B. If the products are not in stock: For the products that are not in stock, the delivery time of KRIZALID STUDIO’s supplier will be added to the normal delivery time.
Estimated delivery time is indicated in the description of each product. The delivery time can be shorter than indicated if our supplier has the goods in stock.
Generally, the purchaser can rely on 1 to 4 weeks for decoration furniture and on 4 to 10 weeks for bigger furniture.

8. Warranty and after sales service (VAS)

2 years limited warranty

For two years after, we guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship provided the product is used in conditions for which it was designed and used according to its destination. The warranty does not apply to compensation for damages resulting from a cause external to the product (ex, accident, shock, lightning, a power fluctuation, the replacement of consumables such as batteries, light bulbs, fuses , ...). Or negligence of the customer resulting for example from a job or a facility outside the specifications of the manufacturer, use detrimental to the orderly maintenance of the aircraft, use for commercial or collective the use of devices, accessories or consumables inappropriate .... We invite you in this regard to consult the user manual supplied with the products.
Products showing a "patina" and "texture" that result from the use, this is a choice in design, cannot be regarded as damage of any kind. For the life of the product, KRIZALID STUDIO SCS provide Buyer a helpdesk. Some components, electrical, laminated, paper products ... are used as part of the overall concept are not included in standard warranty, but Krizalid Studio assigns the buyer a guarantee received by KRIZALID STUDIO SCS manufacturers of these products. Damage caused by water, ultraviolet light, air or sea extreme changes in temperature are expressly excluded from coverage, unless the product is designed to withstand such conditions.

Also excluded from warranty products modified, repaired, built or added by the customer or any other person not authorized by the Supplier. The warranty will play for obvious defects and lack of conformity of the product for which any claim must be made by the customer within 5 days of delivery of products, under penalty of forfeiture. The guarantee does not support products damaged during misuse.

9. Dispatch and transport

KRIZALID STUDIO SCS offers a complete transport device for purchases, in association with renowned transport companies and courier services. Products can be delivered in the area defined at paragraph 5 of the present conditions. All consignments are recorded, so the purchaser must always sign for receipt. The delivery note given by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer upon delivery will constitute an evidence with regard to transport and delivery.

10. Packing and insurance

The products ordered are packed carefully, using special packaging. A special care in the packing allows KRIZALID STUDIO SCS to send the furniture in the best conditions.
The furniture delivered is insured against deterioration and robbery, during the whole shipping time. The purchaser is responsible for checking the goods on receipt in the presence of the transporter. If any damage is detected, the purchaser should refuse the furniture at the receipt. Every refused furniture must be given back to the transporter with the original packaging.

11. Delivery address

The purchaser is responsible for providing a full and correct delivery address. Incorrectly transmitted delivery addresses are the responsibility of the purchaser and may entail extra costs. In the event of errors in the address details of the addressee, KRIZALID STUDIO SCS cannot under any circumstances be held liable for inability to deliver the products ordered. Circumstances beyond the control of the vendor, whereby he is released from the obligation to deliver are: war, uproar, fire, strikes, accidents and inability to find supplies. Under these circumstances the full amount will be refunded to the purchaser.

12. Purchaser’s absence at the delivery time

The purchaser is required to be present at the scheduled delivery time.
If he is absent, an advice document will be left in his letter box. A telephone number will allow him to contact the transporter to make an appointment within the next 5 days.

13. Cancellation of an order

You may inform us that you wish to refuse a purchase within 14 working days of receipt of the product. The purchaser may notify KRIZALID STUDIO SCS of the cancellation by email to info@krizalidshop.com.
The goods should be returned undamaged, unopened and in the original packaging within 5 working days of this notification. The purchaser should send a copy of the invoice and a covering letter indicating his/her full account number (IBAN and BIC code) with the returned goods.

Cancellation is not possible for goods that have been made especially for you (= custom made products). If this is the case, it will be clearly indicated in the product description that you see whilst ordering. In the event of an order cancellation, KRIZALID STUDIO SCS will refund, within 30 days of acceptance of the return, any sums paid, minus the direct delivery costs (transport and order handling costs). Carriage for the return of the goods is payable by the purchaser. KRIZALID STUDIO SCS refunds carriage costs only if the purchaser did not receive the article that was ordered or if the article arrived damaged. KRIZALID STUDIO SCS can refuse to accept or refund returned articles when the packaging has been opened or when the products have been used or damaged by the purchaser.

Shipping costs applied :
The following transport costs are applied. These are the costs which will be deducted in the event of an order cancellation.

14. Returns

The purchaser may only return the article after notification from KRIZALID STUDIO SCS to do so. The purchaser ensures the consignment is adequately franked and registered and if the value amounts to more than 50 EUROS. We advise you to use a courier service and to insure the consignment.

Always include a copy of the invoice and a covering letter mentioning your full account number (IBAN and BIC code). The buyer is responsible for the return carriage costs. Not or insufficiently prepaid consignments are always refused and returned to sender.

In case of dispute, the customer should first contact Krizalid STUDIO CBS for an amicable solution. Otherwise, only the courts of the judicial district of Liege will be competent, whatever the place of delivery and payment options.
